This page covers this website and the current offline development build. The Google Play release and its Data Safety declaration must be checked against the final signed bundle before submission.

1. Publisher and contact

PULSE: Color Ring Blast is developed by Shoot Me Now Games, the developer name used by Mert Fikret Tosun. Contact: mertftosun@gmail.com.

2. This website

The site does not load advertising or analytics SDKs, third-party fonts, or tracking scripts. It stores only your language preference in your browser local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this site's data in your browser. Screenshots and gameplay video are served from this site.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network requests, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Hosting log retention is controlled by Cloudflare and the hosting account configuration.

3. Current offline game build

The development source inspected on 31 October 2026 stores game progress, scores, diamond balances, preferences and bounded diagnostic gameplay events locally on the device. Its normal user export excludes the live updater and has no Internet permission. No active Firebase or Google Analytics integration was found in the inspected project configuration.

An optional Android bridge for Google Mobile Ads, UMP consent and Google Play Billing exists in the source tree, but is not enabled in the inspected normal export configuration. Its presence in source is not evidence of active data collection. Before an online, advertising or purchasing build is distributed, this page and store declarations must be updated to match the actual signed package. Experimental live-update builds are outside this policy's offline-build scope.

4. Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents. A screenshot or diagnostic file should be checked for personal information before you send it.

The support mailbox retention schedule and any additional statutory disclosures must be confirmed by the publisher before the Google Play release. This page does not claim a fixed retention period that has not been established.

5. Your choices

You can clear website language preferences in your browser. Local game data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the game; this may permanently remove progress. Contact support before doing so if you want help preserving your progress. For requests about personal information you have sent to support, email the address above.

6. Younger players

The game is not specifically designed for children. Its final store age groups, content rating and any advertising settings have not yet been submitted. A suitable content rating does not itself establish children's data-protection compliance. These declarations will be checked before release.

We will update this page when the released game or enabled services change. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
